Rev. A as good as current version of HSDPA

Rev. B will blow the new version (being talked about in this article) of HSDPA out of the water. WiMax is also not too far off.

Ah heck, I'm happy with 7-10mbps, that speed can handle good size video files just fine, maybe 20mbps for high definition video files. But anything beyond that, I just don't think is all that necessary, I already have 6mbps from Cox, click, and I'm there.

Rev B will require a lot of work to deploy...especially for higher end speeds. Sure 280Mbps is attainable, but requires 20MHz of MIMO to do it. I don't think it would be a quick roll out. HSDPA 7.2 is a software upgrade, and most changes are at the handsets/datacard level.

Rev. B is not 280Mbps, that is Rev C. Rev. B is about 73.5 Mbps. If Rev. A was any indication, it should not be hard to deploy another revision.
