Cingular To Upgrade HSDPA To 7.2 Mbps Next Year
Does that mean new commercials?
I am not the type to make fun of anyone or anything because I truly believe what goes around comes around. And I do not want to start a carrier war, but I can't wait to see what Cingular's marketing department comes up with in response to the Sprint commercial where they compare EDGE to Broadband. Especially the one where they have the old Western with the guys doing a quick-draw.

Yeah I love how sprint preys upon the ill-informed. They say "5x faster than Cingular's EDGE" people have no idea what EDGE is most of the time, and just think oh everything in spritns network must be faster. Might as well go as far to say "20x faster than GSM Packet Data!!!"

HAHA that's hilarious. (the Blade thing as well as commercials) Sorry dude but just because someone doesn't know what EDGE is doesn't mean sprint sucks or anything. I'm sure if someone actually was shopping for that type of service they would do a little research to find out what is going on. If not that's their own fault, not sprint's. I will say comparing EDGE and "Power Vision" is like comparing a shantee and a mansion though.
