so????
Is West Virginia Wireless's customer's going to become Verizon customers then? If so Anyone have some numbers for that carrier's customer base? Just curious if that will through Verizon on top with total customers again. If not they will get ther ethe good old fashioned way eventually anyway.
...
Yeah, the good old fashioned way: mergers and acquisitions.

? why the smart ass comment, if you don't know the answer then keep your pi hole shut. Yes many carriers gain customer by mergers and acuisitions, but Verizon continually kills everybody in net adds quarter after quarter, especially if you look at post paid customers. So whi cares, not really the point, just wondering if Verizon is going to gain customers from this like any and every other carrier would in this situation.

I'd wager their customer base isn't exactly huge. I'm going to guess that this move is really mainly (as the headline said) to fill in network coverage.
Look at a current map for Americas Choice, this single transaction will eliminate more that 2/3 of the largest region of coverage gap that is east of Oklahoma City. The rest of that area is eastern Kentucky anf afaik the WV wirless company doesn't own a network in that area.

yeah i realize thAT, BUT with the 4th quarter push it wouldn't take a lot to throw customer from #1 in just postpaid customers to #1 in overall customers which would be interesting, i myself could care less but I can see the trolling rants in both forums already if this were to happen
...
really wow, that's cool, where did u get that # from??
...
thankyou Armysf, that with Verizon's 4th quarter numbers should make an interesting beginning of the year.
