Personally,

I think the phone is KICK-ASS COOL!!! 😎

To me any kind of external screen is fine as long as I am able to read it at a quick glance for date/time and caller ID.

I also like the thin form factor; as for Sprint themselves, the network is pretty OK, they just need to work on their people skills when it comes to customer service, that's all... 😕

Cool phone though! 😎

*cough*tool*cough* how is that for people skills. Why are you venting on a discussion board for a phone? Your not the brightest crayon in the box are you now? Verizon deserves you. We have people skills, but if your rude, ignorant, and obnoxious, which I am drawing to a conclusion from your post, you are going to be reciprocated, with what you provide us. 🙄 If Verizon, had "people skills" as you called it, think of the way you interacted initially to your sales people, if you went in frustrated w/ Sprint and left out frustrated with Sprint, then walked in Verizon in a good mood and left in a good mood, chances are your the dependant value that needs to be examined in this equation. 😳

your post was unintelligable. Fact: Alltel spent over 2 billion on there network last year. Someone previously claimed that Verizon was the best b/c they spent 2 billion on there network. So I compared them to a regional provider. Sorry if you don't like the comparison, but its accurate and makes sense. I am in no way claiming Alltel is the best.

spending money does not translate to good customer service or whatever you're trying to say

oh yes,

  • if you mean "great phones" as in having the
same user interface and not being able to be
    customized beyond the coloring, yes.

  • if you mean "great services" as in blocking data transfer so they can charge you for sending pictures to yourself , sending ringtones to yourself

I'm glad you can type english properly... you do know that there's a period key 2 keys over from the space bar, right?

Oh yeah, as far as the UI goes, all you seem to do is complain about the people complaining about it... you never mention why it's good. You just seem to type out statistics that nobody cares about and bother people with your SUPERB TYPING SKILLS.

And don't say the UI is good because "It's easier to switch between phones". If people don't like the menu of the phones, they'll likely go back to the manufacturer who made a UI they liked. For example, people buy motorolas. If they don't like the menus, they won't buy a motorola again.

I know it's a dead subject, but just to add my two cents. Here at Sprint, most of my reps are pretty nice. We're all generally pretty neutral, but as soon as we sense the first symptoms of an a-hole, guess what happens? All I have to say ladies and gentlemen, is trust me, you will not, and cannot win in an a-hole contest with a wireless rep. He can make your day a whole hell of a lot worse than you could ever make his.

P.S. Reps don't care if you've had your service for five, ten, of fifteen years. I've been a loyal McDonald's customer for over 21 years, and they have yet to give me anything for free, so stop whining. 😁

i would like to go on the record stating that the nickname for the M610 is the Machete, cause this thing thrashes the RAZR and the KRZR for that matter.

I believe its actually the "Glint" but it still does a good job thrashing RAZRs and KRZRs... i really dont like either of those...
