Here's an idea: Think for yourself!

If you think you might like this phone, then go down to your local store once it's released and try it.

If you are on the fence, go try the phone out in the store.

To anyone who wants to corroborate what the reveiwer or any detracted posted, please, try it for your self before you bash it. Too bad you'll have to wait a couple more days to do so.

Ten people online can say that a big heap of dog crap tastes like apple pie, but until you try it yourself, you will never know.

I think the phone is awesome. I'm keeping my Treo though, because I don't need a music phone, I need a PDA.

Make your OWN opinions about the phone rather than the BS on this and other forums and reviews.

agree. reasons why:

don't use caps lock. in forums that means you are yelling, and yelling everything is annoying.

you are soliciting people to come to your store. this is not a place to advertise YOUR store.

You obviously work for at&t, and have no personal experience with this phone. It makes calls wonderfully. Great quality, great signal, no compressed at&t signal, etc.

Remember that all the ads that say that at&t had the least dropped calls was one of the most biased and out of context ads around. Telephia was really unhappy with at&t by not following their orders on what info they could use.

Although it may be true that in jacksonville you get great at&t coverage. That doesn't mean that this phone is crap.

๐Ÿคจ wat a wierdo!
1. at&t being the best, is the cheapest BS ever, and just about every1 knows it, even people who are with att.
2. i know a bunch of noobs who switched to att just cuz of the iphone, and they were already hating the service within 3days of having it, the iphone is a great phone, just that steve made the worst the decision to release with the worst company. should have tried with verizon at least.
4. i have had sprint for 4years, and i have never had a problem with sprint, neither with customer service, and att customer service sucks! i had to deal with some friend's issues to get somethings resolved, just cuz im good at arguing...
5. STOP TYPING IN UPPERCASE, CUZ ONLY RETARDED/NOOBS/ PEOPLE WHO BARELY KNOW HOW TO TURN ...

dude, I've had Sprint service for over 6 years now and I haven't had any problems making calls nor with customer service since I've had my phone. You work for AT&T and you're commenting on a phone that you haven't had the chance to play with yourself. I played with the iphone when it came out and I loved it but I wasn't willing to run and switch to AT&T because of it. I like my regular clamshell phone that actually has the multimedia that I like, the on demand features, the ability to not be subjected to programs only from my carrier (VZW), the GPS, and the ability to have OTA downloads of music and other media. Truth be told, Jobs went to Sprint first, then VZW with an offer for the iphone who both turned it down because of the control ...

I'm not emotional at all about anything pal. And I'm not in contract with sprint and haven't been for years. I'm completely satisfied with their service just as you may be with AT&T's service. I have a grip on my emotions pal but I think you need to get a grip on your grammar. You say Sprint has the worst of everything but have you ever had or used their service? I'm not gonna bash AT&T because they do have good coverage but their data doesn't compare to Sprints as of yet which is a big point for me as hell, right now, I'm using a Sprint broadband card on a Mac. You should stop spewing out baseless facts about a service you don't have and a phone that you haven't had the opportunity to tinker with. You should stick to selling phones. ...

Hey jason, it's time to stop now. Your manager just called and he said you aren't supposed to be on phonescoop all day. You really need to hit your quota, and you're not going to get it done on here.

Just looked at all these threads and I have to say there is a lot of anger here....I have to agree, a lot of these replies are simply off topic...and the topic is the Samsung Instinct...and based on what I've read from everyone here and the other forum site, it's not a perfect phone. No phone is. It is good on some features and not on others. Iphone is like that too. But I don't think you can make comments like yours without actually testing the phone out yourself. I think monkeyracer is being fair...check it out yourself...make some calls on it...do your homework. If it's not to your liking, don't get it. If Sprint just doesn't do the job in your area, then go find the carrier that does work, whether that's ATT, T-Mobile, or whatever...
