Now, thats a good reason:
Don't have it sync with Outlook because 9 other phones DO sync with Outlook? It would seem to me that should be the standard for high end/flashy/expensive phones such as the Instinct.
I understand there is not an "ALL MARKET SEGMENT" phone, but why limit yourself to one segment? Why not TRY to go after the business segment? Especially the "Pro-sumer" segment? That's what RIM has done and they have been more profitable and popular, and successful than ever!!!
And how hard would it be to give this phone the capability to sync with Outlook? If you don't use the feature, no big deal, but for a lot of people, the fact that it doesn't sync with Outlook is a DEAL BREAKER!!!
What else is there to sync? You are kidding me right?
How about ohhhhhhhh CALENDAR, TASKS, MEMO, and TRUE syncing of an ADDRESS BOOK.
Again...stupid move by Sprint/Samsung!!!
For pete sake, have a vision for this phone!!!!! Think big, not small potatoes.
