First let me say, that even though I work for the company, I have absolutely no problem giving my honest opinion about our products. I have been an advid user of PDA's for a few years now and currently have a Touch and a Centro. That being said, let's continue...
I got my hands on the Instinct a few days ago and this phone has to be the most intuitive PDA style phone I've ever used.
The touch screen, contrary to the report found on this site, is extremely well designed and has awesome response. I'm not sure if the reviewer got the lemon of the bunch, but I was able to type without a hastle at all (could be because I'm used to touch screen typing due to having the Touch).
