Please do us all a favor and open up the back. What is the two digit dot two digit (xx.xx) code on your device?
If it is anything other than 08.06 then it is NOT by any means whatsoever a "final" version.
No way to dispute this, I'm sorry you are wrong. Can't drive the point home any further. The handsets being shipped to the public will carry the 08.06 code. If you have one of those, then you have a defective touch screen.
I bet if you go on down to your nearest technician center and show them the problems, they would say that the phone is not acting the way it was designed.
Also saying "final" is like saying the current mustang is the "final" mustang. They WILL make a new version in the future. There will be hardware updates to this phone, that is more than likely. You have a "final" pre-release version.
So, now what do you have to say?
