That would mean you in fact did not have the final version. Also as lvillecards13 pointed out visual voicemail was not operable, I believe in another post you said GPS wasn't active either. I spoke with a tech rep in corporate accts on thurs he said his dept got an Instinct over a week ago and another one this passed Wed, he said there is a difference in the displays between the two the latest one they received had a sharper display and that Sprint TV and the browser were much quicker/sharper and responsive. A corporate rep I spoke to last Friday said this as well.
