There are know issues with the web browser and music store, among others,that are being addressed and are going to be updated OTA (over the air) by release date. So while yes you did have the final hardware, you do not have the latest software. In fact no one does b/c it still hasn't hit the air yet.
In your review you didn't mention Visual Voicemail. Does your "latest" software have this feature? This is one of the greatest features of the phone that isn't on the phones that have been released thus far; however it is going to be on all the phone @ point of release.
