Review: Samsung Instinct

There's no way this will work right when they first release it. I have bought the Razr2 and the Touch within a week of release, and both of them have been garbage. I ended up returning the Razr2 twice due to software glitches. My Touch still doesn't officially have GPS or EVDO Rev. A on it. Sprint will do the same thing it has done previously, which is release the phone to get something to market, and then promise a firmware update in six months, which is exactly what they did with the Touch. I am still waiting for the update. Most of their network isn't even on EVDO yet either, which makes most of the advanced features useless.

I am seriously considering ditching Sprint. They used to have the best new phones of any carrier, but now their's are the worst. Their latest releases are low to mid-level phones without EVDO, which makes no sense at all. They still don't have a phone with a camera over 2 MP. They don't currently have a phone with an auto-focus camera or flash that works. I have been a customer for nine years, and I have a SERO plan, which is why I have stayed around, but this is getting ridiculous.
