I would rather have a brick of a phone that works than a thin phone with bugs and problems

Ha ha... no.

Sprint has more EV-DO deployed and is already deploying Rev. A

Verizon gives the illusion that they have a better network because they show roaming coverage as native on their maps... Geez... people really buy into that "It's the Network" crap.

How about we keep this on topic.

This thread is not about bashing networks. Do that somewhere else.

Lets discuss this PHONE. Not companies and their networks. Or how sub-par people feel they are. The fact is, each network has its advantages and disadvantages. And right now, Sprint is getting a new high-end phone.

Its about time Sanyo gets a really cool Power Vision phone. The other three are really rather crappy compared to the new M1.

Sprint hasn't released any info about this phone internally, but I am looking forward to getting mine through the Employee Wireless Advantage Club I belong to.

Hekcs yeah. Lets hope it comes out soon!

Same here dude. I was told that employees get a full discount once a year rather than the normal 2-year wait for consumers but I haven't really confirmed it. If that is true I should be eligible for the discount for it. If not I will just buy it from the Wireless Advantage Club. Did you get the e-mail about the new changes happening in January to the Advantage Club? Totally cool BTW check out some of the new prices specifically the Katana on Wireless Advantage. Good deal!

Katana 24.99 I saw that today at work. Plus the Sanyo M1 handset is a prize for the power up with Sanyo contest.

Your joking! How sweeeeet!

I knew about the Katana. But the one I want is FREE so I ordered it lol. The Samsung A640 is a sweet phone. I don't really need a PowerVision phone, so this new one will suit me great. 😁

BTW, Sprint Employees should message me. 😁

I went to a conference recently and my Sanyo rep (Sanyo Steve for anyone else in the North West!) had a working one. I got to play with it a little and it seemed pretty sweet. It is not as big and bulky as it looks! (I thought it was HUGE until I held it.)
