That's what I'd like to know. This isn't the same problem that would have been if AT&T bought T-Mobile.

whats probably going to happen is a couple of things
either...
1)CDMA is gone in favor of gsm
2) latest phones will be allowed to roam on both networks
3) low band 600/700 for consumer, 850 moves for public service. 1700/1900/2100... merged into VoLTE midband. 2.5ghz for high band for sure.
4)1900 sold off for approval
