Here is an idea
If someone wants to patent something then fine. You have a finite amount of time to actually develop the product. If not, move over and let someone else do it. Its not fair to patent this and patent that, then just sit on it, hoping for some other company, who actually wants to develop it, from infringing on it. This would stop alot of these holding companies and patent trolls from suing everyone in site. S**t or get off the pot, I say.

LOL. I love your grasp on the law. It's the LAW. Get it? Three simple letters. L A W. If you patent something...no matter if you produce on that patent or not, it's still YOUR patent. If someone came along and started producing profitable stuff using YOUR...
