I am suprised Sprint has not said or done anything about Cingular stealing their ideas. The nextel chirp was the first and now the music store? Way to be original cingular. 🙄

Copy cat? Cingular's music store is quite different from Sprints. Why shouldnt we capitalize on it, if there is a market for it then you can expect everyone to get a hand in on it if no patent is there. Didnt Cingular buy att wireless before Spring bought Nextel? Sheesh way to be original Sprint! lol

Sprint did not buy Nextel. The company merged together as one. That is why they are called Sprint together with Nextel. WAY different then being bought and treating their customers as colors.
