T-Mobile Offering Scam Protection to MetroPCS Subscribers

I enabled scam protection and a few days a week I still get these annoying "Resort Rewards Center" robocalls from random phone numbers from the same area code/prefix as my cell phone number.

The scammers always find a loophole to work around the system. The lazy FCC needs to get off their asses and enact some legislation to fix this mess.
