It's good that someone snagged the pics because Motorola asked for another 45 day extension on the confidentiality and the FCC took them down. They also took down the user manual. Here's the confidentiality request that was submitted on Oct 23rd, 2 days after the external photos document was released.

In the document they event admit that they were available since the 21st. Here's the text from the document -> "Motorola confirms that this product (FCC ID: IHDT56GJ1) has not been marketed. Furthermore, Motorola is aware that that External, Internal, Test Setup Photos and User's Manual were publicly viewable since October 21, 2006."
