The only way you are going to be able to cancel out your sprint service without etf is:

1) Customers have 60 days from October 1, 2006 to call to cancel because of the increase in rates for casual data usage and receive the ETF waiver, regardless of usage or a receiving a bill. The only way you are going to be able to get out of your contract is if you have consistent CASUAL DATA OR TEXT MESSAGE charges for the past 2 consecutive months. If you have a limited text plan (100, 300, 500,or 1000 msgs a month) or a vision subscriber you are S.O.L.

2) The customer specifically mentions that this increase in casual Text Messaging and Data Services is the reason why they are canceling. You must ...
