If they are suing SPrint for locking their handsets, how long before the other carriers get hit? Any other news on this?

Yeah great, so numb nuts who bitch about their phones being locked....just wait and see what happens to phone prices when and if the subsidy locks ever come off..."Do you have any free phones?" No, I am sorry Mr. Customer our lowest priced handset is now 200.00 with a 2 year contract. What? You ask why we don't have any free phones?? Well just ask your lovely california lawyers who started it all....sheesh...like SiestaRandy said...a waste of time and $$$.

Doom I say!! DOOM!!

Or, SIM swappable CDMA handsets...which, you know, is WAY better than doom.

This coming from the same lawyers sueing the automitive industry for the environmental damage of cars. Sad thing is they'll probably win.

Doom you say? I prefer Doom 3- better graphics, though I'm surprised that they still haven't figured out how to tape the flashlight to your gun ;)
