Sounds like all these service providers that offer "unlimited" but with a cap on it are setting theirselves up for a lawsuit.

Verizon got sued for their Bluetooth fiasco a couple years back and that wasnt even a fraction as blatent as this.

Way to go Helio!

Did you look at that link posted in the other thread? The link is to a thread discussing Helio's terms of service, which includes some language about monthly amounts over 160 MB being considered "abusive usage". The terms also state that they can basically terminate your service without notice if they think you fall into this "abusive usage" category.

Unless that was a typo, that's pretty lame.
