non 850 cingy phones?

"Cingular also had to upgrade many long time customers to new 850 MHz capable phones" to the best of my knowledge, cingy has never offered a GSM phone that lacked the 850 band.

Before the GSM 850 band was used they used the 1900 band, which T-Mobile uses now. Remember the innovative Motorola v70?

AT&T had non-850 phones as well

example: Nokia 8390

Nokia 3650 was one cingular first gsm phones was first rolled out in calfornia.
