Update Will Add Speakerphone To Chocolate
Verizon needs to get its act together
I just find it ridiculous that they let the chocolate hit the streets without a speaker phone 😳 if that wasn't bad enough now they will offer it but you have to go wait in line and take time out of your life just to have the most basic feature.

Verizon must of been in a hurry to make that money and evidently screwed up. You could tell with all those commercials they put out.

For one when companies put you on hold for like

there is no OVER THE AIR programming available for verizon. you dont "SIT ON THE PHONE FOR 15 MINUTES." you have to go into a tech. center to recieve an update.

quite frankly, the speakerphone option is more useful than most think...which is why it's on the most basic of phones. i find myself using it more and more (especially when you want others to hear what is being said...like marufio mentioned)
