no support for cingular?

why aren't they making their phones compatible with the soon to be largest wireless carrier? Take the p900 for example...I may not be able to buy it because it is a tri band and cingular may switch entirely to the 850 band..or so I'm told.

Stay tuned...All I can say is that there is no way that the third largest carrier in the world (i think, after they finish bying AWS) will not be ignored.

Oops...typo. What I meant to say is that there is no way that the third largest carrier in the world will be ignored. (Common double negative error).

from what cingular told me. after the merger it will take them to the top being the largest in the us

They will after the merger completely takes place. They have no choice if they want to make money! 😁

Cingular does have the Sony T-200 planed for the 3rd/4th quarter of this year right before the whole take over takes place. There is also the T-367 that is rumored to be a Cingular phone and the Z200 later in the year or maybe the early part of 2005.

i hope they make that flip phone for cingular but mmula is the problem in my case its prolly like 300$ ☚ī¸
