PPC 6700 is set to got EOL in October. Sprint has already publicly stated it's EV-DO Rev.0 and Rev. A deployment schedule. Verizon is still kinda quiet about it's Rev. A timetable.

The Libra was listed on a Verizon Roadmap document that was leaked a month or so ago to the internet. Further Verizon is being Quiet about Rev A just as they were about EVDO, but that doesn't mean that It will not launch Rev A before or Better than Sprint PCS. Keep an eye out.

So your statement is wrong. Here in phoenix its not. Also VZW has been expanding 2 to 3 EVDO markets a week for the past few months. Also Its Said the VZW has been releasing REV A. just not turning it on. at this rate Sprint will be behind
