They Lack Strategy & Have Too Much Money

It is a mistake for a carrier to focus on making creative decisions for personalization content, and a _joke_ for a carrier to invest resources in becoming a media production company. Why?

- Carriers are data companies and need to focus on their core competency.
- Companies that fail to focus on their core competency become spread too thinly and make bad decisions on not only their core competency, but the areas in which they choose to expand outside of their core.
- The content on Power View is unoriginal, and is under the same genres as other content already on Sprint's service. This isn't a surprise. Refer to the above two points.
- They have such a huge cash reserve as a result of their core competency, and feel as if they can "exp...

I have to agree too!!!! How about we spend some of that money on MAKING MORE PHONES so we the ALL MIGHTY SPRINT PEOPLE WHO LOVE SPRINT can have a better choice of phones( MED to HIGH END phones: Sanyo) To me everybody else has a phone every three seconds and the rest of us have to wait until 1-2 quarters of the year to maybe get what we want!! Research and Design that's where you put the money everything else will take care of itself.

Sprint doesn't mnake phones, what are you talking about? That makes zero sense...

Also, what is wrong with providing MORE VALUE as these videos are FREE! go take a hike!

Yea, and if they improved their network with this "reserve cash" they may be even able to increase revenue with new customers...but that's just me being old fashioned 🙄

This whole "bad network" thing is a myth perpetuated by folks who just happen to have bad service in Podunk, Maine. I had Sprint service for a year and a half and never had any problems.

Get it right, it was the customer service that was BAD, never the network. Even the customer service has gotten significantly better now.
