Since when do customers who have hearing aids ever need all the features on this phone? Most customers with hearing aids are part of our geriatric community and all theyre interested in is a huge display and being able to hear it. All these features will turn off those customers.

Since some people are born with hearing problems, and not everyone who wears a hearing aid is over 60? I should probably have them myself but I haven't buckled to it yet. We see a fair amount of younger to middle-aged customers with hearing aids in our store.
Besides which, when you're required by law to carry a certain number of handsets that are hearing-aid-compliant, it makes sense for those phones to have some variety to them.
