Game changer.
Lets see what the fine print says. For example is the cost for a limited time only and they will jack up the prices. If its really $100 + 20 per line that would be the best multi-line plan in the industry. I would be surprised if they actually offered the best pricing in the industry without a serious catch, like the price is only good for a year, or you have to buy new phones....
Lets see.

I think it is important to note that the 22gb cap for deprioritization is shared and not per line, from the info I gathered. That can surely be a problem for family accounts.

It is 22gb per line
From their commercial:
"Auto Pay(checks or debit cards only) and paper free billin required. After 22 GB/line/mo., we may prioritize your data behind other Verizon customers during network congestion. Mobil hotspot/tethering reduced to 3G speeds after 10 GB/mo. Subject to VZW agreements & credit approval: see vzw.com for details"

Well it's really $ 110 + $ 20 per line, + fees. There are no corporate discounts on this plan. Now there is also a tmobile plan that is a fair amount less expensive that includes HD video and the same tethering. It also has no additional taxes or fees. So if you are good with the Tmobile coverage its a less expensive alternative.
Still this is a nice development, Verizon actually doing something other than raising fees for less services because "they are Verizon". Actually forcing tmobile to offer a better value to their customers is a nice change.
