While I haven't made a map, these 2 maps have who won what in the A & B blocks. It doesn't show all winners since some winners won too few that they're not listed. Anyway, most of the licenses USCC acquired is to add capacity to existing markets, but they did acquire licenses to new markets, including most of Northern Wisconsin, Northern Vermont, far upstate New York, parts of West Virginia & Ohio, and SW Indiana & Southern Illinois. USCC already has an AWS 10mhz Regional Mississippi Valley license to cover all EA markets in the Mississippi Valley. So they can add also expand into most of Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi, in Louisiana they can expand into New Orleans, plus Arkansas (Alltel Territory), and add capacity to Missouri & Kansas. Here are the 700 band maps for A & B blocks:
