Sprint Goes Toe To Toe With Disney
Sprint.... umm....
Class Dismissed... 😎
Add in the cost of the Migo's extra service plan requirements and its a waste of time. If you need a phone that "kid friendly" for your 4 year old, for your 4 year old, then something is wrong anyway.
...unbelievable. 😲 🙄

... because the Migo is $50 even with a 2 year.
It pays to shop for the phone; if you are paying $50, then you are paying about $30-$40 to much.
You also have to understand the PROPER way the phone should be marketed; the 6-10 age group. Any older, and yes, they probably do need a REAL phone.
Additionally, the Migo is marketed to seniors as well. Some seniors have not quite embraced all the fancy technology out there. I spend $9.99 a month for my grandparents to leave the Migo in their car. (they couldn't get Onstar at the time in their car.) 3 of the numbers are assigned to the closest kids and grandkids (geographically), and the 4th rings to "Triple A." Plus the 911 button....

As for it marketing, it is technically marketed towards young children, seniors can buy them too, sure, in the same way as Scion markets to the under 25 crowd and catches 40+ instead.
But my initial point still stands, the same cost of the phone could be put into a regular phone with 9 speed dial keys and restrictions for a special number calling list, with text locked down and web access, and you'd get a screen instead of a back-lit one line display.
Stupid people, Trix are for kids...umm....

Seriously, go to Verizon and check out there Migo. And that with Chaparone will help you out more than this stupid disney thing they have going on.
Class Dismissed... 😎
A "classic" rebuttal of Sprint's service by someone who has absolutely NO idea what they're talking about.
Again I called a "nextel" store that had sprint phones and asked when they would have the katana in and the girl didnt even know what i was talking about..!!! It make me wonder what these people are doing in the store all day.. clearly they arnt education themselves on new upcomming equipment.
Hm...

My dad refuses to go to a certain location cause he always gets stuck talking to rude B, who knows nothing and pulls simple one liners to get my dad out of the store "your not eligible for an upgrade yet" "you have to call CS for that.." etc.
I personally like sprint for a few main reasons.
1. my sprint phone makes and receives phone calls and text from within my house. (big plus)
2. Lots of people I know use sprint. (3 phones less than 100 anytime minutes a month)
Before you flame, GSM will not work in my house, and VZW does not offer a small enough plan with unlimited text.
Thats about it for those
I would love to know if you can limit phone use after a certain time of day, say 10:00pm just disable the phone for calls and text except calls to the house phone or other specified number.

There's a slogan if I ever saw one.
*Psst* This is why I use Verizon. Go figure.
Im still on the old unlimited mobile web and txt for $5 plan. But now that I work for VZ, i get a better deal.
I have 2 providers other then Sprint, and they all have the same exact upgrade eligiblity policy as sprint. So GG
Also when a rep tells you call customer service its usually that they are an affiliate of sprint or you have a coperate only issue such as deact. Or your asking them for a credit to your bill 99% of the time it is your mistake and ignorance.
I love it when people are like they never told me that !!
You never tell a cop oh i am sorry you guys never told me that law.
Also if you come into a store and a rep doesnt seem to know much, chances are they have been gone for awhile or they are new. If it is ...
