I think the T629 is the same phone as the Ultra Edition 12.9 (so 12.9mm). I think the T519 is the same thing as the Ultra Edition 6.9 (so 6.9mm).

No, the Ultra Edition 12.9 is the D900... different phone than the D840.

Rumour has it (HoFo) that T629 is not a 2MP camera, but a copy of the T809's 1.3MP cam. Any knowledge of this folks?

I think the 2MP spec is comming from the SGH-D840, which does in fact sport a 2MP cam.
