Actually, you can expect them to drop considerably. No one wants a phone that was recalled as well as it would be illegal to knowingly sell a recalled device. Also, with Samsung essentially putting an end to the Note 7, the carriers are as well which means a few things:

1) No security updates.
2) No firmware updates.
3) No insurance replacements if you do have insurance as you would most likely get another device in return.

Then of course there is the small chance it might BLOW UP. Clearly Samsung nor the carriers will be liable considering you knowingly kept a phone that has been deemed unsafe at your own risk and that you were specifically advised from multiple sources to return or exchange it for another device.
