Where is the Soul going to land?
No US carrier is expected to sell it directly. It is quad-band, though, so of course you will be able to buy it online and simply put your AT&T or T-Mobile SIM in it.

Despite Samsung advertising the Soul as quad-band GSM repeatedly and in all promo material at MWC, it turns out the Soul is actually NOT quad-band. ☹️
The ones on the stand turned out to be tri-band GSM once you dug into the settings menus, and the FCC approval at the end of last week did not include GSM 850. We pressed Samsung about it, and they admitted that it is, in fact, only tri-band GSM 900/1800/1900.
