Annoying Names

The only things that really bothers me is like no originally on the names of the phones.

But i really dont blame them at all, because im sure the target market for these phones is alot younger than we expect (16-24? correct me if I'm wrong on this)

You associate the KRZR with the RZR so i guess its a good move on the manufactures part.

*shrugs* idk...i would rather have called the Motorola Fusion...now with triple-blade action and a natural oil that leaves your skin feeling like a baby's bottom 😁

Ha ha, yeah. But at least Moto was the first to come up with the names. Then other makers not only had the audacity to rip off the design but use similar names as well. The Samsung Blade? The Sanyo Katana? Are the marketing people for these companies really THAT uncreative?

samsung didnt actually name their phone the blade, that was the street name given to it. however the katana is a blatant copycat in every aspect

I was just thinking the same thing about a month ago that the new moto thin phone should be called the fusion, or RAZR Blade or something like that.

Yeah I agree. These names are pretty immature but they are targeting a certain demographic here.

Getting back to the phones, they should have all had QVGA screens and the new Linux OS.

But what happened though? Didn't Motorola have a phone with that new OS? Didn't the V3x have it?

These new phones they're announcing seem to have the slightly updated version of their OS. You know, the one on the E815 for Verizon.

Does this mean they're not going to use their new Linux OS or was that for their smartphones only?
