T-Mobile may be a small carrier in the states (22+ million customers) but they are the 3rd largest carrier in the world. They have pretty deep pockets my friend. And most phones are launched for GSM months or even years before a CDMA counterpart is created. CDMA market is much smaller world-wide, so costs are higher

Well, yes, but as far as I know exclusivity agreements only apply in one country... so I would assume that T-Mobile might be able to get the chocolate(maybe already does) in Europe, whereas it is a lifetime Verizon exclusive in the states.
