T-Mobile said that so far they're only offering refunds or exchanges for a different device. Samsung is offering the same but also a new revised note 7. I really like my note 7, I don't want a refund or change it for a different device, but I don't want to burn down my place either.

Seems to be the current action plan with each carrier now (I work for AT&T). Seems that Samsung may be throwing in an extra kicker for those that stick with the Note to the tune of a 256GB card or Gear VR. Most people already got one anyways but Samsung may do a second for each person.

Can I go through Samsung for the exchange or do I have to go through T-Mobile since I got the phone from them?

i bought my att note7 online at swappa dot com, i not ATT customer, i using the phone with Cricket. i asumed i cant go to att store and get a replacement note7 ?
