Ting MVNO Lowers Data Pricing

that's been the only problem Ive had with Ting, the cellular data rates. This should help, still not the cheapest data but much better. For only $6 a month you can throw an extra sim in the tablet and only use it when you need it out and about. And you can still have a Sprint sim and a T-Mobile sim active on the same account.

You do need one, but finding a device that has not only the dual SIM as you mention but also all of the LTE bands, including CDMA so that it will work on Sprint...big companies like SAM, MOT, HTC that make such "super SKU's" do not also make dual SIM as they do not sell those other devices into different parts of the globe. You are kind of asking for the holy grail here...good luck in your search young grasshopper.
