WHEN IS THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS PRORATED EFT? I AM ELIGIBLE FOR MY 12 MO. EARLY UPGRADE IN AUG. SO I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF I SHOULD TAKE THE UPGRADE THEN AND GET THIS NEW 'CONTRACT' AS THEY SAY OR WAIT. IF YOU HAVE ANY INFO. PLEASE REPLY.
