Verizon Making It Cheaper To Stay Or Go

Verizon has been making some good decisions recently. This news is very encouraging to existing customers like me, as well as customers of other companies who will probably have to follow suit. Advances in customer service are always welcome.
Some of my few issues with Verizon are being addressed. It seems like they're listening to what customers are saying.
In addition, it's encouraging to see them taking some steps in the right direction with technology, like the new flash-based UI and quality products like the Motorola Q, Palm 700p and the LG VX8300.
Props, Verizon. Let's see a good follow-through of this promise.
