Why only 1.3 mega pixel?
Can someone give me a reasonable explanation why phones never seem to make it over the 1.3 mega pixel hurdle? I mean why spend all the money into a fancy new phone if all you get is 1.3 mega pixels?

Because the difference between 1.3 and 2 is not worth the money.
Until they come out with a CCD lens with a glass cover, the only difference you get is a slightly crisper picture and a larger, but still blurry picture.
To my eyes, 1.3 and 2 are just numbers.

They do make phone's with camera's that are better then 1.3 mega pixels..... 🤣
