I don't care if it takes from other companies. This is a good thing for the consumer, and it's basically taking the good things from other carriers and saying "okay, fine, they were right. Here. Have all of the things that work."

How is this a bad thing? The fact that it is a whole $5 (oh, mercy me, FIVE DOLLARS for this) means that it's not far and away worth it for people who get overages? (vs people using too much paying far more for more data?)

I would really like to switch to the new XL plan, but my device access fees would go up $ 5.00 per phone, making the new plan $ 30.00 more per month. ☹️
