Sprint reeks of desperation. I feel sorry for anyone who has to suffer with their horrendously slow data speeds. Are they also giving out free AOL discs so that you can sign up with AOL dial up service?

If Sprint's network were slow, the other guys would be trouncing them on TV and in the courtroom for claiming otherwise. However, that isn't happening.

They don't need to, sprint is # 4 out of 4. Why would they waste ad dollars? And "in the courtroom"? No idea what that means. No one can sue because their phone is slow. Its pretty common knowledge that Sprint is atrocious anyways, so hard to sue with that reputation.

You must be one of those annoying sprint salesman hanging out around the front of the Sprint store at malls bothering people walking by with your intrusive "hey do you have sprint....why not? Where are you walking away to?" "Hellooooo?"

Whether they need to or not, the claim has been addressed by Verizon. Their comeback is, "Well, we're consistently fast everywhere." What they don't and can't say is they are the fastest. Unlike you, Verizon tells the truth about their network rather than making opposite statements from reality.

I don't need advertising or companies telling me who is or isn't fast and reliable. I've had all the networks over the years and Sprint is 4 out of 4 for a reason. If they were as great as you are implying they are, people would be flocking to them, especially with the Amazon deal. Why is this not happening? Facts my friend....facts. Sprint sucks. And no matter how you try to spin it, they still suck and you can't change the facts.

While Sprints network may not be slow everywhere, it is in many places if you don't live in a major metropolitan area, and even then their penetration of signal is typically weaker of the big 2. If it's an option for you that's great but Sprint and Tmobile don't come close to comparing to big red or blue yet for coverage or reliability. I've had Sprint in the past and won't ever again. I'll take my Straight Talk over them any day.

AT&T's basic phone coverage is very poor in rural areas. At least with Sprint, you can roam.
