absolutely! i agree 100%. i'd be more than willing to shell out a few bills for some hot little number...and i plan on it soon when the Sony Ericsson w850i 🤤 becomes available. such a nuisance having to go through backdoor ways to get our hands on the cool sh!t. and as for the no contract thing...i feel you. i'm in the same situation. contract free for quite some time now. just out of curiosity...what service provider do u have?? Yeah, I'm with Cingular also, have been since January of '02, and YES, I'm dissapointed also, they're video service is $5 MORE than Verizon's, also, here we are it's about the middle of June '06 and Cingular STILL doesn't even have ANY 2MP CamPhones! ! ! Is even that too much to ask??? My Sharp V903 has 3.2mp, me having this phone is my way of flicking off U.S. carriers! ! !
The thing I'm most curious about is when Verizon launches Rev.A EVDO, will Cingular make us WAIT, or will they match Verizon by lauching a 3.6mbps air card??? The SAME TIME Verizon launches Rev.A???? That's what I'm really curious about?
