This link shows a whole line of Sidekicks including SDK4 which is called Sidekick NG. It is talking about a new sidekick which includes music, video, and razr. I think this is fake and can be made by anyone with a computer and the right programs and tools. Stuff like this should be kept top secret. Nowhere on the document does it reconize the company Danger which is the manufactures of Sidekick phones. I want to get some feedback from some of the phonescoop members. Thanks.

To answer your question simply...No it is not real.

The Razr brand and likeness of it is licensed to motorola, so no "razr" sidekick will be out, ever, unless motorola starts manufacturing sidekicks.

Also, Danger does not manufacture the sidekick. The phone is actually manufactured by sharp. The OS is run by danger.

When it says razr they actully mean they will make the Sidekick razr styled or porbably that they will work with motorola to make it that thin. It called the Sidekick NG and comes out in 2007. There is no way of nowing. Before no one really believed the pictures they saw of the Sidekick 3 but look pretty identical.

The Sidekick III is only coming out a few months after the date on that document. Also that document mentions UMA in the sidekicks. Here's a good explanation of UMA.

Basically handsets that support UMA will seamlessly transfer calls between a cellular network and a WiFi access point. The Motorola CN620 already supports UMA. Some carriers are going to try to resist UMA but a lot of large corporations are going to demand it because it will save them money. T-Mobile already has UMA plans so tha...
