The phones are so cheap...you guys should take a page or 20 from Sprint and Nextel. Get good durable phones with buttons you can actually press and speakers that don't sound like ****. We're taking all 5 of our numbers to Sprint after our contract is up with Verizon. I can't stand feeling like I'm being suffocated by my carrier. I cant do this and I can't do that. I have to buy this to use that. I cant even send pictures to my phone or ringtones I made on my computer because VERIZON is so damn GREEDY! Also...your service sucks balls. ANYONE THINKING OF GETTING VERIZON KEEP ON TRUCKIN...THEIR SERVICE SUCKS AS BAD AS THEIR PHONES DO AND THEY DROP CALLS LIKE YOU WOULDN'T BELIEVE.
