Apple's CareKit to Help iPhones Owners Manage Their Health

I hoped that by now they would have an app to monitor heart rhythm for AFIB and record the instances of its occurence. Since AFIB is mostly asymptomatic, one could not tell when and how often it occurs. Such an app would help a lot of people who don't want to wear a cumbersome monitoring strap around their torso.
