It's unlocked so I can use it with any GSM carrier. Currently I use it with Cingular. It works great. Unfortunately I cannot really take advantage of the 3G capabilities here in the US.

if you don't mind me asking..where did you pick yours up from? and how do unlocked phones work (setting them up, etc.)?
