lotteries and betting for prizes with any value are illegal in the states where phonescoop is HQ'd but we maybe we should start a non-prize pool for the person closest to the final purchase price of voda's share. remember, voda could hold out for another year or so, so take that into account. all guesses should be in 1/4 billion increments.
