this is not the first time that they have come under fire for saying things they don't really mean/not necessarily true. Back in 1999/2000 they settled a multi-million dollar lawsuit with customers that they offered one thing in promotions but said a totally different thing in fine print where customers ended up with enormous cell phone bills.
