CORRECTION: World's most badass phone, seriously

According to phonearena, the phone is actually TRI-BAND UMTS 850/1900/2100. This phone simply put, is badass.

Correction: It would only be the world's most badass phone if they just added in TDMA 850/1900 for good measure.

In the FCC document LG applied for only 850/1900/2400 (north american + bluetooth) bands. Does this mean that the previous information is incorrect, or do they just not have to apply for those because the phone won't transmit on them in the US ?
