I looked on their site and was unable to find it... I even chatting with one of their agents who could not find the deal in question....

I'm on a Sprint SERO plan and it's finally time to cut loose from them. This is the perfect opportunity but can't figure out how to take advantage of it.

The deal was in effect starting November 29 and for a limited time only. If you port in to T-Mobile and open a postpaid account with a qualified rate plan, you will receive a $200 worth of bill credits that will be applied 3 billing cycles after you activated your account. You may not see it on their website but it is guaranteed that will be applied.

um... what?
The article says available starting Nov 26 and my question was How do I port in my line to get their unlimited plan for $45? I don't see that option anywhere on their webpage and their chat rep couldn't find it nor had "she" even heard of it.

Oh, yeah, it was started Nov 26. Sorry about that. I talked to them just now and they said you will need to open a postpaid account with a $50 Simple Choice rate plan. What you need to do is, you need to get a SIM card from them, open a postpaid account, then process the port in. Try calling them at 18009378997 or 18008662453. Tried ordering a SIM card from them through chat but was answered to call or go to a store.

Was finally able to get to a live Tmob tech and he clarified that the plan is not $45/mo... it's actually $95/mo... the $45 is simply for the data and doesn't include any calling plans which MUST be added at $50/mo.

For me that's not worth it....
